  • Recruiting & hiring :

    The hiring process shall meet all set guidelines. Our talent acquisition team identifies right resources and handholds the process from creating a database, doing back ground checks, shortlisting of resources to on-boarding of the selected candidates.

  • Training & Development :

    The training program designed by GTS is in such a way that it allows employees to strengthen those skills that each of them needs to improve. A development program brings all employees to a higher level so they all have similar skills and knowledge as the job demands. Providing the necessary training creates an overall knowledgeable staff with employees who can take over for one another as needed, work on teams or work independently with leadership skills and without constant help and supervision from others.

  • Statutory Compliances: :

    GtS main moto is to comply with all statutory compliances and legal framework as laid out by the state and central government. GtS has instituted committees for staff welfare, sexual Harassments as major forums for the staff to address issues and find resolutions.
